Real estate isn't just a career path I picked up a few years ago—it is the engine behind everything we are building here.
When the property I operated on for Come Alive Healing Adventures was sold, I faced a heartbreaking reality: it was far too expensive for me to purchase on my own, and I had to watch a sacred space for healing slip away. That loss became a profound catalyst. I realized that if we want to create spaces that truly last—spaces where people can heal, find their individual strengths, and live fully in community—we need a powerful, self-sustaining financial engine to fuel it.
That is why I stepped into real estate. Every transaction I take on serves as the direct sponsorship for the Katie Rose Community mission. It is the fuel to help us acquire the land we need for our future shared village—a place designed for life, transition, and deep restoration.
What we are building towards
